Parent Complaint

Looking for help. I need to prepare for a meeting with a parent and my school administrator. Last week a parent sent me a note requesting grades for their child. I keep running averages for all my kids so it was easy to get the info back to her by the end of the day. Yesterday I was informed by a clerk in the office that I have a meeting with the parent and administrator Tuesday afternoon. Any advise you can share would help calm my nerves.

My Evaluation

The administrator at my school had a meeting with me recently to announce that I am on the 'Accountability' portion of the PTEP for the year and part of the 'Accountability' is that I make a presentation of some sort to the faculty as well as 'Chair' a school committee. This assignment sure sounds like the 'Growth' portion of the PTEP to me. I'd appreciate any insite you blogmates are able to provide.

Individual Education Plan

I can't find a students IEP on campus anywhere. Any suggestions how I go about getting the info on the child that I need?
